Deves ter ouvido, porque eu, Diego, n\u00e3o consigo parar de falar nele em cada oportunidade que tenho. Desde que chega o Ensino-te como \u00e9 o fluxo de trabalho e que programas usamos para cada fase. Ver\u00e1s que usamos muitas ferramentas gr\u00e1tis, livres e impressoras desktop, a filosofia do Fablab \u00e9 open e tornar a impress\u00e3o 3D na medicina muito mais acess\u00edvel com solu\u00e7\u00f5es desktop que est\u00e3o ao alcance de todos hoje em dia:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong> Normalmente o m\u00e9dico (principalmente cirurgi\u00f5es de todas as especialidades) vai ao laborat\u00f3rio com o caso que quer imprimir, para que o necessita, que tipo de produto quer imprimir (biomodelos, guias cir\u00fargicos, talas, instrumental, projetos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o\u2026). \u00c9 uma oportunidade incompar\u00e1vel de estar em contato direto com os m\u00e9dicos, que \u00e9 a vantagem do laborat\u00f3rio de impress\u00e3o 3D estar integrado diretamente no Hospital.<\/li><li><strong>Imagem m\u00e9dica.<\/strong> O ponto de partida dos casos \u00e9 a imagem m\u00e9dica, em formato DICOM: uma TAC, uma resson\u00e2ncia magn\u00e9tica, etc.<\/li><li><strong>Segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong> A segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a passagem da imagem m\u00e9dica, que vem por camadas, a um ficheiro 3D que se possa imprimir, modificar, visualizar\u2026 Para o fazer costumamos usar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slicer.org\/\">3D Slicer<\/a> (livre e gr\u00e1tis), <a href=\"https:\/\/horosproject.org\/\">Horos<\/a> (livre e gr\u00e1tis) ou solu\u00e7\u00f5es propriet\u00e1rias como o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.philips.co.uk\/healthcare\/product\/HC881072\/intellispace-portal-90-advanced-visual-analysis\">Portal da Phillips<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Modelagem 3d.<\/strong> As malhas geradas pelos programas de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o nem sempre se podem imprimir diretamente, muitas vezes \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio trat\u00e1-las para melhorar a possibilidade de impress\u00e3o ou para modific\u00e1-las. Para isso usamos o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meshmixer.com\/\">Meshmixer<\/a>, um software gratuito da Autodesk. Se h\u00e1 que fazer guias cir\u00fargicos, \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel utiliz\u00e1-lo, com ele criamos modelos de corte para que o cirurgi\u00e3o corte exatamente onde planeou previamente em 3D.<\/li><li><strong>Lamina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong> A lamina\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as fazemo-la com o <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimaker.com\/en\/products\/ultimaker-cura-software\">Cura de Ultimaker<\/a> e o <a href=\"https:\/\/formlabs.com\/software\/\">Preform<\/a> para as impress\u00f5es em resina.<\/li><li><strong>Impress\u00e3o.<\/strong> Todas as impressoras que usamos s\u00e3o impressoras desktop profissionais, m\u00e1quinas simples, mas poderosas, que nos permitem produzir pe\u00e7as todos os dias a um custo razo\u00e1vel. Temos o Ultimaker (2, 3 e S5), Witbox 2 e a Form 2 da Formlabs para as pe\u00e7as de resina.<\/li><li><strong>Publica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de todos os casos. Exemplos de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da impress\u00e3o 3D em medicina<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Biomodelos\"><\/span><strong>Biomodelos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Os biomodelos s\u00e3o pe\u00e7as impressas em 3D a partir da segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens, modelos anat\u00f3micos das partes dos pacientes que interessa visualizar ou ter fisicamente nas m\u00e3os.<\/p><p>Para que servem os biomodelos?
